Our Clean-Out Services of homes, offices and storage units consist of the following:
- Initial visit to determine the best and most efficient way to disposal of personal belongings.
- Divide everything into classifications; trash, donate and salable.
- Remove all trash via truck or dumpster.
- Deliver all donated items to a charitable center of client’s choice.
- Salable items will be removed and a credit issued to the clean-out charges.
Our Estate Sales consist of the following:
- Initial Visit to determine the most efficient and lucrative way to liquidate your items.
- Preparation of sale site [cleaning, debris removal inside and out]
- Organizing, displaying, research, inventory, price and tag all items for the sale.
- We furnish all tents, tables, signage and staff.
- Marketing, advertising, emailing our customers with photographs.
- Preparation for a successful sale can take from four days to four weeks depending on estate size.
- Professionally manage the estate sale with sufficient staff.
- Pack up any remaining items for donation or storage, clean-out service if necessary.
- Valued items remaining may be purchased or sent to auction.
- We also handle senior downsizing.
We are only as successful as your sale, we work on commission only – our typical rate is 30% to 35% depending on the amount of prep time, scope of sale, quality and quantity. No minimum guarantees or hidden fees.
